Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead a small group of QA Engineers to meet customer quality expectation.
2.Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer complaint.
3.Prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product/process quality performance.
4.Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process.
5.Handle customer complaint, electronic assembly and system integration quality.
6.Responsible for customer visit, audit and qualification.
7.Conduct, co-ordinate and chair the customer quality related conference call and / or meeting.

Job Requirements:
1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
2.Min. 3 years of relevant experience in PCB field.
3.Know-well and have solid experience in quality systems, including ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 & ISO/TS16949 and SPC.
4.Experience of handing customer visit, audit and qualification preferred.
5.Detail-minded person and outgoing charter, self-initiative and willing to work under pressure.
6.Good team player with effective communication skill.
7.Good presentation skill.
8.Fluent in English and Chinese.
9.Station in Zhongshan.
