Strategic Sourcing Manager - PCB direct material

Job Nature:

•To be responsible to Souring Programs implementation and Supply Base Management for PCB Direct Material like laminate and prepreg
•To support Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager on driving the realization of strategic sourcing strategies and interface with all level of people internally and externally
•To actively participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) team for identifying the best sourcing mix
•To drive for supplier quality assurance in term of delivery, cost and quality
•To perform benchmarking and cost analysis in awareness of the market trend to preserve the right sourcing decision
•To minimize supplier lead time by developing lead-time reduction programs (VMI, KANBAN or flexibility solutions)
•Develop and implement regional commodity and sourcing strategies for metal and accessories

Job Requirements
•Degree holder in Business Management, Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related discipline
•At least 8 years’ procurement / strategic sourcing experience in MNC with 3 years in supervisory level, preferably in PCB sectors
•With accessories/ chemicals sourcing experience is highly preferred but not a must
•Proven track records in electronic components / raw materials sourcing internationally
•Professional qualification in Purchasing and Supply e.g. CPM or CIPS is preferred
•Proven rack record in developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers
•Get used to the commercial terms of Electronics industries as well as the custom regulations in PRC / Asia
•With ability to work with different level of people independently
•Excellent negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
•Posses strong analytical skill, communication and team management skill
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
•Frequent travel to PRC is required
•Office location: Tsuen Wan
•Immediate available is highly preferred
