Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in the field of Information Technology including 2 years in applications analysis/support
Hands on experience in support Financial system is a must
Knowledge of Oracle Financial and/or Fourth Shift system is advantageous
Good interpersonal and communications skill and servicing attitude
Good in written and spoken Cantonese and English
Good command in SQL script
Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Finance, Payroll and workflow systems
Provide first point of contact on issues and queries
Analyze problems and implement appropriate solutions
Consult with in-house / vendors for bug fixing and programs maintenance
Plan and conduct testing of functionality to ensure compliance with business requirements
Developing test cases
Provision of support to end users and UAT
