Job Nature:

Manage customers and PM Teams over a multi segment basis, being Industrial and Instrumentation, Automotive and Computer Datacom.

1) CFT team leader

Be the champion of communications with the CFT development partners, involve program team in regular program review in identifying issues and actions and follow up, communicate with leadership & customers on program status on regular basis

-Help foster CFT team effectiveness, creativity and innovation

2) Cost controller

-Manage product cost throughout the life cycle by directing activities of a cross functional team including Supply Chain, Engineering, Business unit, Quality, Service, Operation and Finance

3) NPI driver

-Monitor daily activities to achieve product launch schedules

-Supervise component sourcing, prototype assembly, & make sure on time delivery to customer

-Lead CFT management and execution of cross functional programs through the tollgate Review Process

-Prepare and present formal reports as necessary to accurately and effectively communicate project summary to executive audience

4) Project Management

-Develop program goals that support business objectives as well as develop and execute strategies and plans to meet these goals.

-Manage multiple mid to large-sized projects through the allocation of work among Project and Team Leads whilst ensuring projects are smooth launched within deadline, budget and quality requirements by following NPI procedure

-Ensure that scope, schedule and costs are reasonable and achievable, involve PE/SCM and others as appropriate to identify cost saving opportunities, develop plan and execute.

-Manage the level of revenue and P & L associated within product life cycle

-Establish appropriate methods through project planning, analysis and implementation to achieve effective solutions as well as meet objectives and priorities

-Identify and implement process improvements as well as assist business development management in the integration of complex business factors to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives

-Define, own and execute development schedules and budgets for assigned projects

-Manage development activities and other cross-functional details to execute the project


Job Requirements:

-5 years experience in industry and 3 years EMS/manufacturing environment experience

-More than 2 years of experience in similar position

-Customer and Results orientation, Problem solving techniques

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Conflict management skills, ability to prevent and solve conflicts

-Strong interpersonal skills and business sense

-Ability to work in a matrix organization

-Strategic and analytic capabilities

-Basic financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan)

-Good knowledge of Project milestone control Process, Program standards, tools and methods

-Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team

-Team player, can work under pressure

-Fluent in both verbal and written English
