BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
-Manage all the quality control and quality management system

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Responsible for customer complaint and return.
-Responsible for process & product quality control.
-Responsible for QMS establishment and implementation.
-Responsible for customer audit and 3rd part audit.
-Responsible for document control.
-Responsible for calibration.
-Responsible for supplier quality control.
-Train and coach engineers
-Continuous improvement activities
-New Program qualification
-Lead plant on customer qualification and approval process
-Lead cross functional team on quality problem solving
-Report weekly, monthly, quarterly on external and internal Key Performance Index, quality status.
-Perform additional assignment assign by his/her supervisor
-Promote and implement Viasystems corporate policy and strategy.

Education, Qualification and training
-Bachelor degree and above

Experience or skills required
-8 years quality working experience in manufacturing plant, including 5 years as a management position.
-3 years quality control experience in metal fabrication products is a MUST.
-Smart PC skills
-Proficient in both oral and written English is a MUST
