Viasystems’ regional supply management teams in North America and Asia operate globally to develop supplier partnerships, commodity strategies, plus leverage global demands, pricing and terms with its suppliers.

Integrated Supply Chain

Viasystems operates with advanced integrated supply chain management systems. Viasystems has implemented Agile™ software management tools, providing visibility throughout the product life cycle. This includes new product introduction, manufacturing, engineering change implementation to end of life product lifecycles. Order entry, inventories, financial management and the efficiency of manufacturing processes are managed through Viasystems ERP systems Kinaxis Rapid Response™ systems provide Viasystems the visibility and tools to respond quickly to fluctuating demands in the supply chain, facilitating faster collaboration between customers, Viasystems and critical suppliers.
